Shipping & Returns

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS or UPS with tracking. Shipping is a flat $5.00, and free on orders over $100. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Prefer to pick up? Order online and collect it in store during business hours — no shipping cost or wait. Just bring your order number.

Sealed product and singles may be returned within 14 days if they're unopened and as described. Graded slabs are eligible for return only if the slab is damaged in transit — please contact us with photos right away.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Every graded card is verified by its certification number, and all sealed product is sold factory sealed. If anything isn't exactly as described, we'll make it right.
